Lead developer for internal tooling, R&D, and data solutions, reporting directly to product. I own the full data project lifecycle: from mathematical formalization to production deployment.

  • Designed the psychometric assessment framework for a talent analytics task and built the full evaluation pipeline, which processed 150+ technical profiles for a key B2B client, and ultimately fed into a custom-built Streamlit dashboard for HR.
